Summary

Terex South Dakota, Inc. is recalling 121 of its 2022-2023 TM vehicles. The master leveling controller in these vehicles can lose its ability to keep the platform level if power is lost while the operator is squeezing the enable trigger. To fix this safety issue, dealers will reprogram or replace the leveling controller at no cost to owners.

Risk

If the platform cannot maintain a level position, it may tilt unexpectedly while in use, which significantly increases the risk of falls or other injuries to workers on the platform.
