Summary

Pleasure Way Industries, Ltd. is recalling 1,237 motorhomes, including 2021-2022 Plateau FL, Rekon, Ontour 2.2, Ontour 2.0, Ascent, and Tofino models. The DCF 4 circuit board in these vehicles is incorrectly labeled for 30 amps while its fuse holder pins are only rated for 20 amps, which can cause the board to overload. Dealers will relabel the circuit board for free to ensure the correct fuse rating is used and prevent electrical damage.

Risk

The mismatch between the circuit board label and the pin rating can cause the fuse or surrounding wiring to overheat and melt. This electrical failure significantly increases the risk of a fire inside the motorhome.

What You Should Do

  1. Identify if your vehicle is one of the affected 2021-2022 models: Pleasure Way Plateau FL, Rekon, Ontour 2.2, Ontour 2.0, Ascent, or Tofino.
  2. Contact a Pleasure Way Industries, Ltd. dealer to schedule a free service appointment to have your DCF4 circuit board relabeled.
  3. If you have questions or need assistance locating a dealer, contact Pleasure Way's customer service at 1-800-364-0189.
