2. Check your children's pajamas for product codes including A21RV01, A21PF13, A21PF14, A21PF16, A21PF17, A22PF15, A22PF16, A22RV02, S23MN15, S23MN08, S23MN09, A22PF19, A23TM15, A23TM16, A23TM33, and A23BL13. See the Affected Products section below for the full list of affected codes.
3. Immediately stop using the recalled pajamas and take them away from children.
4. To receive a full refund, destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them according to your local and state recycling laws.
