Centurion Labs, LLC is recalling 4,770 bottles of Ninjacof (Chlophedianol HCL and Pyrilamine Maleate) and Ninjacof-A (Acetaminophen, Chlophedianol HCL, and Pyrilamine Maleate) cotton candy flavored oral solutions. The recall was initiated because the products may be contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia, a type of bacteria that can cause serious infections. These 16 fl. oz.
