Summary

REV Recreation Group is recalling approximately 2,666 motorhomes, including various 2022-2025 Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler models, because the engine exhaust tip may detach. If the exhaust tip falls off, engine fumes can leak into the vehicle's interior cabin rather than being vented safely outside. Affected models include the Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Flex, Southwind, and Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, and Eclipse. To fix this issue, dealers will install a clamp to secure the exhaust tip free of charge.

Risk

If exhaust fumes enter the cabin, occupants are at a high risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, which can lead to serious injury or death. Additionally, a detached exhaust tip can fall onto the roadway and become a hazard for other drivers, potentially causing a crash.
