Cain Food Industries, Inc. is recalling approximately 16,050 units of various baking powders, vitamins, and dough conditioners because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. These industrial baking ingredients, including Vitamin D2 Blend and OXIBAKE, were packaged in 50 lb. multi-wall paper bags and distributed to Michigan, Illinois, New York, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and North Carolina.
