This is an expansion of a previous recall involving about 111,800 units, following three additional reports of exploding batteries, including one injury to a consumer's finger. Affected batteries range from 2.4 to 18 volts and were used as replacements for brands like Black and Decker, Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, and others.
