Ambriola Co., Inc. is recalling 11,530 units of various grated Pecorino Romano cheese products under brand names including Locatelli, Boar's Head, Pinna, Sam's, and Ambriola Piccante. The recall was initiated after products tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections.
