Summary

Altec Industries, Inc. is recalling approximately 278 model year 2022-2025 ST600 vehicles equipped with auxiliary engines. The electrical circuit for the auxiliary engine, which includes the starter and voltage regulator, may become overloaded. Altec will replace the affected electrical circuits free of charge to prevent this condition.

Risk

The overloaded electrical circuits can overheat during operation. This overheating poses a significant risk of a vehicle fire.
