Summary

AllPredatorCalls.com is recalling about 12,000 Wicked Lights ScanPro Night Hunting Headlamps, specifically models ScanPro iC Gen 1, Gen 1.5, and Gen 2. A short in the light's wiring can cause the wire to heat up and melt, creating a fire and burn risk. There have been 14 reports of the wire heating or melting, which resulted in two reported burn injuries. These black headlamps were sold nationwide and online from February 2018 through December 2022. Consumers should stop using the lights and contact the company for a free repair kit.

Risk

The wiring in the headlamp can experience an electrical short, causing it to overheat and melt. This mechanism has already resulted in 14 reported incidents and two burn injuries.
