What You Should Do

1. Check your contact lens packaging for the brand name: DAILIES TOTAL1, DAILIES TOTAL1 for Astigmatism, DAILIES TOTAL1 Multifocal, or TOTAL30 Sphere.
2. Verify the Lot Number and Expiration Date on your lens box or individual blister pack against the recalled list. DAILIES TOTAL1 lots include N1275784 through N1277805 (Exp 3/31/2028 or 4/30/2028).
3. For DAILIES TOTAL1 for Astigmatism, check for over 150 specific lot numbers starting with 'N' (such as N1275904 through N1279465) with expiration dates of 3/31/2029 or 4/30/2029.
4. For DAILIES TOTAL1 Multifocal, check for lots starting with 'N' (such as N1275728 through N1279319) with expiration dates of 3/31/2029 or 4/30/2029.
5. For TOTAL30 Sphere, check for lots starting with 'N415' or 'N416' (such as N4159824 through N4162877) with an expiration date of 3/31/2031.
6. If you have lenses from an affected lot, stop wearing them immediately to avoid potential eye irritation or blurred vision.
7. Contact your eye care provider or Alcon Research LLC directly for further instructions on how to handle the defective product and to discuss potential replacements or refunds.
