Aisstxoer Adult Bicycle Helmets Recalled for Risk of Head Injury

Summary

Approximately 200 Aisstxoer adult bike helmets are being recalled because they fail to meet federal safety standards for impact protection and stability. These pink helmets, sold in size large, can fail to protect the wearer during a crash, which can lead to serious head injuries or death. The helmets were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com and YXTDZ Store from October 2025 through November 2025.

Risk

The helmets violate mandatory safety standards because they do not provide adequate impact attenuation or positional stability. In the event of a crash, the helmet may not stay in place or absorb enough force to prevent severe head trauma.

What You Should Do

  1. Check your helmet for the model number 'GH018L' printed on a label inside the helmet and 'Aisstxoer' printed on a white label on the packaging.
  2. Verify if your helmet is pink, size large (fitting 22.8 to 24.4 inches), and has black padding, black straps, and a black adjustment knob at the back.
  3. Stop using the recalled helmet immediately.
  4. To receive a full refund, destroy the helmet by cutting the straps and email a photo of the destroyed helmet to YXTDZ Store at yxtdzamz@126.com.
  5. Call the CPSC Hotline at 800-638-2772 for additional questions regarding this recall.
