Wind turbulence while the vehicle is in motion can cause the rear air deflector's mounting hardware to loosen or break. If this occurs, the air deflector can completely detach from the vehicle and fall onto the roadway. Dealers will replace the existing attachment hardware brackets and fasteners with new ones free of charge.
