Zoox, Inc. is recalling 270 Automated Driving Systems (ADS) equipped with software versions released prior to May 21, 2025. The software in these autonomous vehicles may fail to detect a person standing immediately next to the vehicle, which could allow the vehicle to move unexpectedly. Zoox has already updated the software on all affected driverless fleet vehicles to resolve this issue.
